Feet, they carry you from here to there every day. But you may not think much about them until they hurt. And when they do, you want relief. To get the right treatment, you need to know the problem. The first thing to consider is where your pain is located.

There are numerous problems like burning foot, foot pain, swelling, intrinsic foot etc. here we will discuss about the common cause of intrinsic foot and burning syndrome, how they present, what causes them and how they are treated. This problem can be treated naturally with the help of herbs like Amalaki, Bhibhitaki, Ardraka, Guduchi, Guggul (resin) etc. These help to manage the disease condition up to a great extent without any side effects.


Burning feet syndrome, also known as Grierson-Gopalan syndrome. It is a condition that may cause severe burning and aching of the feet. Paresthesia is another the medical term for hot, painful, "pins and needles" sensation in the feet.   • Redness
  • Swelling
  • Increased sweating
  • Dull ache
  • Increased sensation of temperature

Ingredients of Navkarshik Churna:

  • Amla (Emblica officinalis)
  • Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
  • Bahera (Terminalia bellerica)
  • Vacha (Acorus calamus)
  • Neem (Azadirachta indica)
  • Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia)
  • Katuki (Picorrhiza kurrao)
  • Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia)
  • Daru haldi (Berberis aristata)


The herbs used in this formulation have various therapeutic properties like anti-bacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and astringent. Navkarshik churna has ability to remove toxins from blood and purify it. It helps to maintain overall health.

Dosage - 1 teaspoonful twice daily, after meals, with plain water.

4. De Heat Cream

This herbal medicine helps to manage the all symptoms of intrinsic foot and burning syndrome like pain, swelling, redness etc. This is meant for external use only.


  • Avoid wearing tight shoes
  • Keep your feet clean and let them breathe
  • If you use insoles, pads, or inserts (orthotics), change them regularly in order to allow proper support.
  • Stretch and ice your feet regularly after a long day.
