  • Boil hot water - 1 cup

Method –

  • Take hot water and add crushed parsley.
  • Cover the cup and steep for 8-10 minutes.
  • Strain and have 2 cups of this tea daily.

2.2) Ginger Tea - Ginger is known to wash harmful microbes of the body and improves digestion also.

How to Prepare –

  • Boil water - 2 cups
  • Ginger (grated) - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - ¼ tsp
  • Grated Ginger - 2 tsp

Method –

  • Put ginger in hot water and steep for 8 to 9 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and honey (optional) in it.
  • Have 2 cups daily.
