WHAT IS BRAHMA MUHURTA?

Brahma Muhurta, the Muhurta of Brahma is considered as the best time for meditation.

There are 30 Muhurta in 24 hours. Brahma Muhurta is the fourth Pra of the night. There are two Muhurta in the courtyard of the sunrise. The first Muhurta is called Brahma Muhurta. The 30th part of the day and night is called Muhurta, that is, the period of 2 hours or 48 minutes is called Muhurta. After that, there is a time of Vishnu while the morning starts but the sun does not appear. According to our clock, the time of morning 4.24 to 5.12 is Brahma Muhurta.

One should do these four things in Brahma Muhurat:

Wake up, clean yourself, brush your teeth. After this with such a fresh mind and body, one should do stretching which includes yoga, asana. Sit in padmasana with absolute quietness for at least 10 mins by closing your eyes and to get the morning freshness.
