WHAT IS LIVER HEMANGIOMA?
Liver hemangioma, which is also known as Hepatic Hemangioma or Cavernous hemangioma is a benign (non-cancerous) tumor which is composed of tangled network of blood vessels. The size of the tumor is about 4cm or 1.5 inches and are mostly asymptomatic.

According to the clinical and medical surveys, Hepatic hemangioma is common in females with 5:1 ratio. The rate of prevalence is 2.5% globally with 0.01% spontaneous rupture cases. This is commonly got diagnosed in people between 30 and 50 years of age.
