Bhringraj is an herb commonly known as a false daisy, Karisalankanni and yerba de ago. It belongs to the sunflower family. It is distributed across most of the countries in the world.

  • Bhringraj is very effective in hair problems and makes hair healthy and beautiful. For hair, the best way to use it is in the form of hair oil. Oil of Bhringraj has amazing benefits, especially for hair.
  • Bhringraj oil helps to prevent and treat premature graying, hair fall, alopecia, strengthen hair and prevent baldness.
  • This oil is dense due to its high specific gravity. Bhringraj treats dry scalp by penetrating in it. If you have dry hair rub this oil on scalp and wrap a steamed towel for few minutes and after it massages some more oil. This procedure helps in deeper absorption of oil and activates sebaceous glands.
  • To get rid of dandruff warm oil can be used. Massage this oil on scalp and leave it for overnight.

Take this ponded mixture and strain it to extract the juice properly. Now apply this juice on the affected area every day twice until you get relief.
  • Wounds can also be treated by applying fresh juice on them.
  • Bhringraj can be used to treat a migraine. Take Bhringraj juice and an equal amount of goat's milk. Heat this mixture. Put a few drops of this mixture in the nose to relieve pain. You can also mix its juice with black pepper powder and can apply it on the forehead to relieve a migraine.
  • Bhringraj is used to control high blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Mix two teaspoon of Bhringraj juice with one teaspoon of honey. Take this mixture twice a day.
  • Jaundice can be treated with the help of Bhringraj. Pound leaves of Bhringraj with 6-7 black peppers and take this mixture two times a day, empty stomach. It can also be taken with buttermilk or sour curd.
  • Bhringraj have healing properties. It helps to heal infectious external ulcers. Its juice is to be applied to the affected area. This herb accelerates wound healing.
  • It helps to manage blood sugar levels in the diabetic patient. Make a mixture of Bhringraj powder and babool's flowers. You can add candy to this mixture to make it taste better. Take this mixture with goat's milk daily once a day.
  • Bhringraj herb helps to treat scorpion bites. Pound Bhringraj's leaves in a fine paste and apply it on the affected area. This relieves the pain and also antidotes the poison of scorpion.
  • It is used to treat anemia and liver diseases. Bhringraj stimulates the liver and improves its functioning.

DESCRIPTION FOR MAJOR INGREDIENTS

Triphala:

Triphala is a well-balanced mixture of three amazing herbs Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki that are beneficial in number of health problems including hair growth as well. It is useful in treating hair loss problems.

Amalaki in Triphala helps in proper circulation of blood and absorption of various minerals that are important for retaining healthy hair and is also rich source of Vitamin C, which is essential for boosting the immunity – which in turn helps prevent premature graying of hair. Bibhitaki is good in strengthening roots of the hair, minimizing hair fall and prevents premature graying of hair strands.

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri):

Brahmi is a herb used since ages that promotes overall health of the hair. It can prevent split ends, developing volume and length. Helpful in reducing hair fall as well nourishes the roots.
