Fertipush Capsules - Helps to Push a Female towards Fertility

Fertility, let's just define it in one line "and you begin again and sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. But you begin again. Even though your heart is breaking, in time the sun shines and you will begin again." For some, being fertile is that important. "As long as there is the tiniest, wildest chance, I can't give up" that is the voice of someone's heart who wants a child, growing up in her womb, being nourished and cherished by her for nine exclusive months and finally being held in her arms. This article is especially for those who are trying to move the mountain of infertility and give themselves the opportunity to feel what joy it brings to nourish a child inside their womb. Following Article has information regarding Fertipush capsules by Planet Ayurveda and how they can help you in moving the mountain of infertility.

Female Pregnancy

INTRODUCTION

Infertility is defined as trying to pregnant with frequent, unprotected sex for atleast a year with no success. The causes of infertility can be either unknown or due to any condition affecting the female reproductive system or due to a combination of male and female factors. The causes in this situation are difficult to diagnose but Ayurvedic text suggests very interesting causes. It is explained that mostly the causes of infertility starts from the unhealthy lifestyle and diet style people follow these days. In addition, such habits lead to vitiation of doshas. Dosha aggravation then can result in primary infertility in which the female has not been pregnant before or secondary infertility, in which at least one prior pregnancy was achieved.

Now, coming back to Fetipush Capsules by Planet Ayurveda. As the name of the formulation suggests, it is prepared to push a female towards fertility by toning her reproductive system, balancing her imbalance hormones and balancing doshas.

DESCRIPTION OF INGREDIENTS

1. Vidarikand (Pueraria tuberosa)

Vidarikand is a perennial plant which is also known as Indian kudzu. The tubers of these herbs are mostly used as an immunity booster as well as a restorative tonic as well. Vidarikand is a herb that helps in reducing the aggravated vata dosha. Vata dosha is generally the one responsible for infertility or even its movement in the opposite direction causes the same. Movement in the opposite direction here means pratiloma gatti of vayu. The infertility can also be due to accumulation of ama dosha in the body and vidarikand help in eliminating the endotoxins as well by improving the digestive fire. Vidarikand is known to behave as a rasayan as well. Vidarikand is known to have balya effect which means it provides strength to the body.

2. Putranjiva (Putranjiva roxburghii)

Putranjiva beeja, which are seeds of putranjiva, are mainly used in treating infertility. Ayurvedic texts suggest that the product helps in increasing the overall strength of the female reproductive system and provides nourishment to the uterus especially. Putranjiva is also having aphrodisiac effects. Moreover, the problem of recurrent miscarrage or recurrent pregnancy loss can also be solved with putranjiva. The herb nourishes the whole reproduction system of females and mainly has its action on the endometrial lining of the uterus. By nourishing endometrial lining, a good environment for implantation can be provided. Basically, putranjiva is a herb that has a detoxification effect on the uterus and makes the uterus capable of continuing the pregnancy. The herb also helps in improving the ovarian functions so that healthy, matured eggs can be formed.

3. Shivlingi (Bryonia laciniosa)

The seeds of the shivlingi plant are used in this formulation. These seeds are known for boosting the fertility in females. These are also known to nourish uterine tissue and also regulate the menstrual cycle. The herb is best known to enhance the quality of ovarian follicles. In addition, the herb has its effect on digestion as well and relieves constipation or indigestion or feeling of incomplete evacuation. As the seeds are rich in fibre they have a great effect on intestines thus resulting in digestion of endotoxins as well.

Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels and its effect in fertility of females

ANTI-MÜLLERIAN HORMONE (AMH) LEVELS: OVERVIEW

'AMH' is an acronym for 'Anti-Mullerian Hormone' which is produced directly by the ovarian follicles. Specifically, AMH -- also known as MIS (Mullerian Inhibiting Substance) -- is produced by the granulosa cells which comprise the lining of the ovarian follicles. The secretion of AMH is largely related to small antral follicles in the ovary which are sized between 5mm and 8mm.

Since AMH is a protein which is produced by cells in ovarian follicles, the AMH levels in women are directly linked to the number of antral follicles in the ovaries --- a low AMH level in women indicates a low count of antral follicles in the ovaries, and, thus, the production of a low number of oocytes as compared to women with high AMH levels.

In terms of numbers, AMH levels -- regulated by gonadotropin hormone -- can be categorized as 'Normal, 'Low-Normal,' and 'Very low' on the following basis:

  • Normal AMH levels: 1.5 to 4.0 mg/ml
  • Low–Normal AMH levels: 1.0 to 1.5 mg/ml
  • Very low AMH levels: below .5 mg/ml.

Besides these three AMH levels, some women may also have ‘High AMH levels’ (more than 4 mg/ml), which can potentially increase the risk of breast cancer (particularly in premenopausal women) and can also be an indication of a hormonal disorder called ‘Polycystic ovary syndrome’ (PCOS) which is quite common in women of reproductive age.

EFFECT OF AMH LEVELS ON FEMALE FERTILITY

AMH level testing was first developed in the year 1990, and has now become a part of the standard procedure for female fertility tests. AMH level testing is very useful for young women who want to check their potential for bearing a child, especially if they want to delay their pregnancy. Moreover, the testing of AMH levels is also very important for women who are dealing with infertility issues.

If AMH levels are in the ‘Normal’ range, a woman is believed to have high chances of fertility, along with a high response rate to fertility treatments. AMH levels in the ‘Low-Normal’ range are linked to decreased ovarian reserve in a woman, but with good chances for pregnancy outcomes. AHM levels in the ‘Very low’ range are indicative of diminished ovarian reserve in a woman as well as fertility concerns.

One of the main reasons for low AMH levels is ‘aging.’ Other than aging, some of the key factors which can affect AMH levels and ovarian function include: early ovarian aging because of stress, low circulation to the ovaries, genetic factors, hormonal imbalance, certain lifestyle factors, unhealthy eating habits, illness, injury, and autoimmune disorders.
